2. What data we collect

When you send a request through the contact form, we receive:

  • your name, email address and phone number;
  • details of your request: which workers you need, the number of workers, the country of employment;
  • optionally, your company name, the expected start date and any additional details you write;
  • your confirmation that you agree to this Privacy Policy, the version of the policy you agreed to, and the date and time of submission.

When the form is sent, the form delivery service (see section 4) also receives your IP address and browser information, which it uses to deliver the message and filter spam.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (IP address, browser type, time of the request) to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks. We do not use this data to identify you.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • To respond to your request, prepare a recruitment plan and discuss possible cooperation — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where your request concerns a contract, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep a record of our correspondence and to establish or defend legal claims — on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To run the website securely — on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name, email, phone number, the workers you need, their number and the country of employment we cannot handle your request.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and handle requests:

  • Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — delivers form submissions to our email inbox;

  • Google (Gmail) — our email service, where requests are received and answered.

Where a request leads to cooperation, we may share the necessary data with partner agencies or lawyers involved in that specific project.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Our team is based in Ukraine, and some of our service providers may process data outside the EEA. In such cases we rely on safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

6. How long we keep it

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own website, so while you browse, your browser connects only to our hosting provider (see sections 2 and 4) and to no other external services. Your data is transmitted to Web3Forms only when you submit the contact form.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
