FAQ

Questions employers ask us

Which workers do you recruit?

Skilled, semi-skilled and general workers for blue-collar and technical trades: construction (general labourers, bricklayers, carpenters, steel fixers, welders, plasterers, tilers, painters), manufacturing and production lines, logistics and warehousing, agriculture and food processing, hospitality and cleaning. We don’t recruit for IT, office or management roles.

Where do the workers come from?

From South and Southeast Asia, Central Asia and Africa.

Which destination countries do you work with?

Any country where workers are needed and can be legally employed, for example across Europe, the CIS, the Middle East and South Korea. Name the country in your request and we will confirm what is possible there.

How are candidates screened?

We check documents and work experience, run video trade tests in the relevant trade and check references. You approve the final shortlist.

Who handles work permits and visas?

The work permit is applied for in the destination country together with you as the employer: you provide the company documents the authorities require, and we prepare the candidate documents and guide you through the procedure. We then handle the visa file and embassy appointment for each worker. Final decisions are made by the relevant authorities.

How long does it take?

It depends on the destination country, the positions and the number of workers. Send us a request with the details and we will come back with a realistic timeline.
